I reached 10k steps a few days ago before sleeping. My Fitbit is set to "all day sync". I opened the app the following morning and only 5k of those steps synced. My steps after that synced normally, no steps missing. It's only that specific day that half my steps went missing.
How do I get those steps to sync properly to the app?
I've already tried uninstalling the app, re-installing, "forgetting device" and re-linking it.

I appreciate you have taken the time to report this to us and for letting me know about the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. As this only happened to you one, I would like to suggest you to go to the online Dashboard and check if all your steps were recorded that day. If they're not appearing here, please log a manual activity for the missing steps and monitor your Fitbit device to check if this issue happens again. If it does, please reply to me with a screenshot of your synced steps.
