Fitbit doesnt sync steps

Everyday despite working by walking and crosstrainer I reach my goal ... sync from Charge2 to Ipad Fitbit app and steps drop some 3,000 steps.

Last 2 days for me. I can see the steps on the time chart but don't get them on the dashboard

Yep ours shows on dash board but drops a big chunk of steps

It's happening to me too.  Called Fitbit and they couldn't help, said it wasn't their fault.:(

I would do my research. I have been trying to get help with this for a while and the customer service person was absolutely no help. I am just very frustrated and feeling like they just aren't listening to us.

Sorry if that sounded defensive , I thought you were replying to a post I had posted saying that I may have to switch brands and you were say other brands my have faults also. Just so frustrating. Have you had any luck yet?
