i recently received my new iPhone 8 plus. My Fitbit flex 2 seemed to connect fine but will not sync, auto sync will not work and if I manually try to sync it it remains on the “looking” screen. I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue
I just spent a few hours trying to set up my Iconic, which I have been enjoying for a few weeks now, before contacting the customer service. Found out the iPhone 8 isn't supported. So disappointed... not sure what I am supposed to do now. Just wait?
Best AnswerHi, lucky to get my Charge Fitbit going after a bit of mucking around. Went into the website and reloaded the Fitbit and it now works.
