Fitbit flex all of a sudden won't sync with iphone6s fior sleep and steps although syncing calories

My Fitbit flex will not sync my sleep or steps.  Up to last Thursday had no problems.  Recharged it then it won't work properly.  Calories are changing daily ! Any ideas.  Have switched phone off and repowered.

Same thing happened to me, I rebooted it. I think you should try that

My Fitbit Charge 2 isn't syncing at all and says "Looking.." when I try to force sync.

Tried turning bluetooth phone settings on/off .
Tried closing and reopening Fitbit app.
Tried rebooting my iPhone.

It has not worked yet, tried to add another Charge 2 device but it says "cannot connect to Fitbit Server."

Next thing I'll try is to sync to my computer. Have you tried syncing to both phone and computer?

If it doesn't sync to your computer, you can try reset your tracker:

I am having the EXACT same problem...My Flex was working fine yesterday...Charged it fully before bed last night. Woke up, 2 hour walk, went to get stats and NOTHING since 9pm last night. I restarted my iPod Touch, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even removed the device from my account. Now the app cannot even FIND my device (yet the lights on my band are working). I don't have my charger here at work, so I can't try the reset.

Hi strange two Fitbit flex doing the same - now my husbands is doing the same. No matter what we try I cannot get my phone to sync with the flex. Not surprised if there isn't some manufacturing activity going on so we all buy new ones !

Having the same problem, I've charged mine and reset it and reinstalled the app and reset my phone but it won't pick up my flex at all so frustrating as it worked fine this morning!

When you reset your Fitbit tracker, did you do it fully charged?

Having the same issue with my One 6.60.  I followed the restart instructions and turned off and on my bluetooth no luck.  I use an iPhone 6 and it last synched for me the evening of 7/27/2017

mine stopped syncing on 24/6 tried everything to get it to sync.  just says looking !!! anyone got any new ideas what to do.  Recently been on vacation so wanted to see the daily steps, unable to sync.

Mine started working again over the weekend!  I didn't d several restarts with no success and turned on/off Bluetooth. Nothing happened immediately.  But within an hour or two of trying everything I could think of,  it suddenly synced again on its own.

Yep, mine sprang back into action but lost 10 days info end of June, so not a complete success.  Wasted a morning trying to get it working tho!!
