I got a new phone and my Fitbit won't reconnect. What do I do?

Have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

@Natasha1, as @SteveH mentioned, please check if your phone is part of our compatible devices. If it is, and you have your old phone around, it's possible your tracker is trying to connect to it, which explains why is not syncing with your new phone, which is why I would like to suggest going to the Bluetooth settings on your old phone and removing your tracker from the list of paired devices.
If you don't have your old phone around, please restart your tracker and try to sync with your new phone once again, if it's still not syncing, my recommendation would be checking @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven very helpful for many members in the Community.
