@Kalexie What model iPhone are you using? Is it on the list of compatible devices ? Your iPhone must be able to run iOS 11 to load the Fitbit app.

@Kalexie The iPhone 6 is fully compatible. Do you get an error when you try to download the app? What happens when you try to download the Fitbit app? Please be specific.
Also, try restarting your phone and see if that helps.
