Fitbit iOS app not showing correct data when sync is off

I sync my Fitbit Charge HR once in a day before sleeping at night and for rest of the time I keep my Bluetooth off and I have also unchecked the 'All day sync' option in the Fitbit iOS app.
The Fitbit app syncs properly and shows correct data for all the days when the Bluetooth is 'On' and sync has happened for the day. But as soon as I turn the Bluetooth 'Off', the Fitbit iOS app shows wrong data. It shows very less steps, calories burnt as very low. It shows some random data.
My query is, since I have already synced the data, shouldn't it be saved in the app and show the correct data every time I check the app even when the Bluetooth is Off? I have tried restarting the Fitbit tracker but it didn't help.
The online dashboard however, shows correct data for all the past days for which data has been synced.

Hi there @RoyFit, allow me to give you a warm welcome to our Community. In some occasions when you sync your tracker, it require more time to upload your data. However if the sync was successful it means the information is already store in the Fitbit servers and the data cannot be remove or deleted.

My recommendation is to review if you are running the latest version of the app. If my assumption is right and you are using iOS, the most recent is 2.26. In case you have this version then my next advice is to force quit the app:

1. Log out from your Fitbit account and double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app and sign back in.

Hope this helps and don't forget to keep me updated.
