I am getting very frustrated as the step counter has disappeared from the dashboard. I have tried the solutions on the community page but they don't work. My app (on the ipad) is also having difficulty finding my Charge 2. It was all working beautifully yesterday. Why has this changed?

I did the update on my Blaze & the steps also went away.  It was a difficult update too.
