Hi, good folks,
Regular App message (iPhone13): “Fitbit cannot install one application.” I am Premium user. Bought Sense 2 in Austria and am currently in Saudi Arabia. Please, advice!

I tapped on Gallery ad you said. There are mot any exclamation signs … It seems that I do not have any restricted apps in the list. I habe Google maps but it works well …

Hello @Igorgusev and welcome to the Community. What model Fitbit do you use? Certain apps are available on some, but not all models. Also, there are geographic restrictions on some apps because they are medically regulated. Here is a path for general troubleshooting. Tap on your devices icon in the upper left of your app, then your Fitbit tile. Now tap on Gallery. You should see a list of your apps. One might have some type of exclamation mark, indicating that it isn't installed. If something isn't obvious, you might need to check each app on your list.
