Hi all!
I was having trouble with my fitbit so I contacted customer support. The issues was that my alta was turning off before the battery was fully depleted, and would only turn back on when I plugged it in. Customer support were quite good and sent me a new tracker. I received it today and after syncing it with my phone, was quickly disappointed. This time the problem is even worse. The fitbit turns off completely when I remove the charger even though it shows it is fully charge. I tried all the trouble shooting crap they tell you to try but still isn't working. I have contacted customer support again so hopefully it will eventually get resolved. I noticed that a lot of people are having the same or similar issues and by husband has also been having battery issues with his alta HR. That has since resolved though after resetting it. For how long though, I am not sure.
The point of this post is to question if there's something else going on such as a software issue. Because a lot of people are suddenly having the same issue and my husbands and mine both went bung at around the same time. Also how can two trackers I've had in a row be faulty?
Anyone know if we can go back to older software somehow?
Thoughts?

Update: they are sending me another replacement tracker so we’ll see how it goes. Thumbs up on the customer service.
