Since updating my iphone to the X model my messages are no longer coming through the app only via email. Tried resetting phone, reinstalling the app, all sorts of stuff even set up a new device. Help 😊😢

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, are you not getting messages from the Fitbit app sen to you by one of your friends or your tracker is not receiving text Notifications? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently?
At this moment I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Yes being a tech guy I had already done all that. Actually it ended up being I needed the update for my version of IOS as well as for the iPhone X that was released yesterday. 8 hours before I wrote my post there was an update that fixed the issue I contacted support via chat and we figured it out. So anyone else with that issue the update fixes it. Thanks for the response 😊 Have a great day!
