Fitbit not connecting with myfitnesspal/mapmywalk

My steps are not showing up in Myfitnesspal and my workout from this morning, logged using mapmywalk, is not showing up in fitbit. Any water or food I have logged in myfitnesspal is not showing up in fitbit.

If your steps are not being transferred from Fitbit to MyFitnessPal, I would like to suggest resetting the link between apps so they can start transferring information between themselves once again. 

 

Additionally, please try to reset the link with MapMyWalk as well:

 

  1. Go to My Applications on the Fitbit website.
  2. Search for MyFitnessPal and click on Revoke Access.
  3. Go to the MapMyWalk website 
  4. Click the Improve tab and then select Device Connect.
  5. Find Fitbit on the list and click the Connect button. You're taken to fitbit.com
  6. Log in with your Fitbit credentials.
  7. Go back to MapMyRun and go to your workout dashboard.
  8. Click the Import Workouts button
  9. Next to Fitbit click the Sync button. One month of your step history will be imported.
