Fitbit not showing the right calories burnt

Hi
I've just done a 6km walk steps showing as 9,562 calories showing as only 772. From looking at a previous entry on a slow day I did only 5,224 steps but burnt 1,634 calories how can 772 calories therefore be accurate today as I have already done nearly double that and we are only half way through the day! Also Fitbit is showing no calorie adjustment in mfp. I don't understand what's happening? I've disconnected and reconnected both apps and this has not made any difference any ideas please?

Welcome to the Forums @Em0208! Let me see if I got it... You're comparing an activity with an all day information, right? Because if that what you did, the reason why you're getting less calories is due to the calories you burn through the day just for the fact of being alive were added to that day's work out. When with the 6Km walk you're only seeing the calories burned during that activity.

Since you already tried to relink your accounts please take a moment to reach out to our Support Team and let them know of your efforts to troubleshoot the issue and what you've already done. I know that they will be able to provide further steps.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your reply but I can't see how I have only burned 1117 calories so far and done over 11k steps when only last week I had a slow day as I was ill and only did 5k steps but calories burnt was over 1600 that day. Also if my sync between mfp and Fitbit is working surely I should be seeing a number in the calorie adjustment otherwise Fitbit is not measuring my activity?
