Hello @Mrsconniemoore1, welcome aboard to our Community. If your tracker is not syncing, please try the following suggestions: Syncing troubleshoot for iOS devices.
Also additional to the suggestion mentioned on the post, make sure your battery has enough charge. Sometimes a low battery can affect the syncing process.
