My Fitbit Charge 2 keeps losing steps. Before taking a walk today I had around 1700 steps. I used the app on my iPhone SE to track the walk using GPS and Bluetooth. After finishing the walk, I was looking at my walk stats and my phone is saying that the walk was recorded as 8700 steps out of 9400. This is confusing because the walk steps combined with my initial steps would put me at around 10400 mathematically. The notifications within the phone app even congratulated me on meeting my step goal of 10000. The notification does not jive with the 9400 the phone is now telling me I have. After exiting the walk stats and looking at other information the walk is now showing as around 7700. This is the second time this has happened in 3 days. Why is my fitbit losing these steps? I get that sometimes things don't sync just right and could understand losing 100-200 steps, but 1000 steps is a unacceptably large number to lose (the last time it was also around 1000). It's frustrating that my phone says I have met my goal but also shows that I have not and that I always lose steps.

This started happening to me last week. I've rebooted/reset it a number of times without any success. It also has a very short vibrate for the alarm.
