Fitbit not syncing and not will not connect to any device

My flex would not sync. I tried to restart my Fitbit, I deleted the app and reinstalled, turned off Bluetooth & turned back on, restarted my phone. I even installed everything on my laptop & can not get anything to sync. I deleted my device from the app and now I can not even reconnect it.

I am having the same issue! I didn't delete my device from the app though. Mine keeps saying it's looking

@Kaitlynsaur @Bennypan I'd recommend making sure that you are using the most current version of the Fitbit iOS App that was release earlier this morning. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

 

@AndreaLandis Please try the following steps:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on. 

4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

 

@Painterchick @Suelo Re-pairing your trackers using the replacement setup process listed here should get you both back on track too.

Sorry but this didn't work. I have tried several devices and it seems to be a problem with the Fitbit connecting to Bluetooth.

I just got a Fitbit flex today and it will not sync to anything. I've tried all the resetting and uninstalling I can do. It will not sync to my iPhone or Mac. I have tried calling the support but he was no help.

Tried everything and it still not working. Last sync on the 4th March. Someone need to rectify this issue. I'm thirsty for some boost juice.
