Since the new update my fitbit doesn’t sync with my trainerize app anymore.
This is where my trainer gets my data from so it would be great if this can be looked at.

Hi @MargreetJ, welcome on board. I'm glad to see a new face around!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If you've not done so, I'd recommend to revoke the access to Trainerize, by doing the following steps:
Once that is done, connect your Fitbit account with Trainerize one more time. You can find the instructions in Trainerize help site.
Keep me posted.

Hi @Prath. Welcome! It's great to see you here in the forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for letting me know that you've try syncing with Trainerize. Since you mentioned to not see any option to connect it, may I know if you've followed the steps described here? Do you see an error message when doing this process?
I'd recommend to force quit any app in your phone. Then, reboot your phone and try the process one more time.
Let me know how it goes.

My Fitbit Alta will not allow me to sync with the Trainerize app. I have tried to force quite apps, have done a hard reset of my phone, have reset my Fitbit as well, but still do not have the "Connect" option available in the "Connect apps and devices" menu for Trainerize. When I go to the my Fitbit app to discover app compatibility, I receive a message that "This app is not available for your device." Is the Alta not compatible with this app?
Thanks

Hi @melbell1234. Welcome to the forums! I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks for letting me know that you're having issues to connect to Trainerize, as well for trying the steps posted above. Good job! Let me clarify that Trainerize appears in our official list and regardless of the Fitbit device that you have, your information should be able to transfer to Trainerize after making the connection.
Now, since you're not able to see the "Connect" option under "Connect apps and devices" menu, I'd recommend to contact Trainerize so they can look into this and assist you further. You can find their contact information here.
Let me know the outcome.

Trainerize app does not give me the option to connect to Fitbit at all.
When I try and do it from the Fitbit app I get the message from Fitbit that Trainerize is not available for my device (even though the Trainerize app is on my iphone 6S)
I have closed all my apps down and restarted my phone still no joy.

Hi @Pinko68. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for your efforts while trying to connect your Fitbit app with Trainerize. You did a good job with the troubleshooting steps! It's odd that you're receiving that error message while connecting both accounts and since the process doesn't move forward, my best advice is to get in touch with Trainerize so they can further investigate on their end and help you out.
If you need anything else, let me know.

I contacted Trainerize but they still haven't replied.
I managed a work around by downloading the Trainerize app onto my ipad. Fitbit then gave me the option to connect.
Unfortunately it worked for a few days now has stopped syncing my weight even though it says it is connected.

Hi @Pinko68. It's great to see you again. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for the time taken to work on this matter by your own, as well for getting in touch with Trainerize. I'm sorry that you going through this experience. In this case, my best recommendation is to wait for their response so they can look into your details, further investigate and give you a hand to connect Trainerize with the Fitbit app correctly.
I appreciate your patience and I'll be around if you have another question.

I tried this and it did not resolve the issue for me. I can see where nutrition information synced one time, when I first connected, but then not after that. What else can I try?
