I'd suggest you follow these steps:
1. Restart your Fitbit tracker and mobile device.
2. Make sure your internet and Bluetooth connection are working correctly.
3. Follow the steps provided at: I can't sync my tracker.

Have you make sure your tracker is charging correctly by following the steps provided at: My tracker's battery isn't charging, then please try to force sync your tracker with your computer by doing the following:
1. Verify that Fitbit Connect is installed and the wireless sync dongle is plugged into your computer.
2. Click the Fitbit Connect icon located near the data and time on your computer.
3. Click "Sync Now." Fitbit Connect will look for your tracker.
4. Once the sync is complete, click Go to Fitbit.com.
You should be able to see your steps on your Dashboard now.
