Hi i have a problem syncing my Fitbit surge with Fitbit app on my ipod touch 6th gen on ios 9.0.1
Recently i forgot to charge the Surge and it turn off. When i charge back, for some reason the Time on the Surge was 3 hours later. First time for the time to be different as its has ran out of batt before. So i decide to sync on the app.
Fyi, i have sync the Surge with the app before a few times and it worked. Im using the same ipod touch and same ios as before.
However this time the app does not detect the Surge and it says on the app "looking" and i decide to delete the devise on my app and set up again.
Sadly the app could not detect the Surge despite all the advice it gave including to charge while sync. Also i tried all the troubleshoot tips including force restarting my Surge, restart my app, even reinstaling the app and syncing with other device.
If its of any help, many times when i switch on the bluetooth classic on surge, for some reason it freeze/hang(swiping or pressing button won't respond) before showing the Fitbit logo and returning back to the Surge menu(the bluetooth will be off still)

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @Jolly2green! Are these the steps you took with the syncing troubleshoots. Make sure that there isn't another bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process. Did you try this setup process, as you mentioned it may also help you to bring it back to sync as usual. Also, make sure that your mobile device is running the latest version of the Fitbit app for iOs.

Let me know how it goes.
