Hello @Kiye14,
Welcome to the community!
I assume that these are the same numbers that you see on your leaderboard. If so this is the way it works. Allow me to explain...
This total reflects the past week (or most accurately, today's total plus the preceeding six days). When clock strikes midnight, you'll get the previous six days + today's total... except that today's total (at midnight) is zero.
In other words, currently, being Friday, this total is the sum of Saturday through Thursday + today's total. When the clock strikes midnight, this changes to the sum of Sunday through Friday (and drops last Saturday's totals) only to add steps as you accumulate them tomorrow.
I hope this helps.
