On my app the exercise tracker won't sync it stoped two days ago . Please help . I even tried restarting my phone .

Having tried restarting your phone without luck I would try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
Give it a few tries though as it sometimes doesn't work.
