Flex 2 will not pair with iPhone 12 mini

My iPhone 12 mini will not recognise my Flex 2. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps in this thread - https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Tips-for-Syncing-to-your-iOS-device/m-p/4396058#M140645 - with no success - the app just can't 'see' the Flex 2.

 

The Flex 2 will still sync with my old iPhone SE, although it takes a lot of tapping for it to be recognsied, but nothing I try seems to make it show up for the 12. I am on the latest version of iOS and of the Fitbit iOS app; no firmware updates are showing in the app settings.

 

Is there anything else I can try or is this the end of the road for my Flex 2? Thanks.

Hello @Rachael_B and welcome to the Help forums.  This might not be the end of the road for your Flex 2.  None of the iPhone 12 models are listed on the fully compatible device list.   There are other posts from iPhone 12 users who are having difficulty with their devices.  I am a user, like you, and I don't have a clue when this will be fixed.  I need to upgrade my phone, too!
