I have had flex for over 6 months and never had a problem ever. On Christmas Day I noticed steps not syncing to iPhone although flex still seems to register steps and still vibrates when I reach target since then I have rebooted phone. I have removed device and then tried to add again. But it doesn't sync. Just says searching. Have checked Bluetooth and it's not there as a device. Help

Hello @FionaCollins, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Thank you for letting me know about the troubleshooting steps you've performed so far, that gives me a better insight of your situation. In this situation I would like to recommend restarting your tracker one more time and then leave it plugged in and charging. After that, please do the following:
- Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and open the Fitbit app
- Make sure the tracker is close to your phone and that there are no other Bluetooth devices that might interfere with the setup process.
- In the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device".
- The app then will ask you to turn Bluetooth on, please do.
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
