Flex bit syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had flex for over 6 months and never had a problem ever.  On Christmas Day I noticed steps not syncing to iPhone although flex still seems to register steps and still vibrates when I reach target  since then I have rebooted phone. I have removed device and then tried to add again.  But it doesn't sync. Just says searching.  Have checked Bluetooth and it's not there as a device.  Help

Hello @FionaCollins, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thank you for letting me know about the troubleshooting steps you've performed so far, that gives me a better insight of your situation. In this situation I would like to recommend restarting your tracker one more time and then leave it plugged in and charging. After that, please do the following:

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and open the Fitbit app
  2. Make sure the tracker is close to your phone and that there are no other Bluetooth devices that might interfere with the setup process.
  3. In the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device".
  4. The app then will ask you to turn Bluetooth on, please do.
  5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

I hope this information can be useful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
