Flex data on old iPhone 6 not tracking on my new iPhone 8

Data is on my old iPhone 6 but not tracking on my new iPhone 8

 

how do I fix? Don’t want to lose all my tracking.

@Elaine36 Welcome to the Fitbit family! I moved your post to the iOS App Board as there are more chances for you to receive an answer to your inquiry here.

 

What happens here is that the iPhone 8 is not yet listed as a supported device for Fitbit. That could explain the reason why you are experiencing this.

 

I recommend keep using your iPhone 6 until the iPhone 8 becomes supported.
