Hi,

My fitbit Flex was syncing to the app perfectly yesterday..This morning it is syncing,  but is not downloading any data to the app or the PC dash..There are 0 steps/km and only 0 hours sleep recorded on the fitbit app dashboard.  I have tried to restart the tracker , it then recorded 1 hours sleep on the app dashboard.  Tried 3 times to restart the tracker, but I still get 0 steps recorded on the app dashboard .  Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong with it?

My iphone5  ios was updated yesterday to version 9.3, would this have interfered with the data?  Look forward to some answers. Thanks vstepev

Hey @vstepev. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

I'm not sure if updating your iPhone to the iOS 9.3 has to do with the app not showing up your info. Haven't really heard of other users having issues after doing so. I'd recommend force quitting the app or logging out and logging back in to see if this makes any difference. You can also try to set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions.

Let me know if you need more help with this.

Thank you for your help...Yes I did try logging in and out and all the other options as per guidelines on the help website..eventually I tried restarting the tracker quite a few times before it started working again and now I have all my data syncing nicely to the app and downloading info...However, whatever happened  the other night,  data seems to be lost ie: still have only 1 hours sleep registered and steps only started counting again from the moment I restarted the tracker---not too fussed though as it is only one day's worth of information--.I have had the fitbit for 11 months and really this is the only problem I have come across in that time..  Thanks again for your response to my query. 🙂
