Flex not pairing to iPhone 6s

I can't get my flex to pair with my iPhone 6s. I have reset the flex, reset the phone , uninstalled and reinstalled app but nothing has worked. Just keeps searching. Tried it on my friends Samsung and connected fine. Any help as this is extremely frustrating!!

A warm welcome to the Community @Monb. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I would like to know if your Flex is already paired? If it isn't, I recommend restarting your tracker by following @SunsetRunner's instructions and after this process do the setup procedure one more time from your iOS Fitbit app.
