Ever since my phone (iPhone 7+) upgraded to iOS 11, the app won’t synch with my flex. It says says that the battery is empty but it is fully charged. I have turned my Bluetooth on and off, have exited the app, out my flex in the charger, and nothing is working. My Fitbit One is having no problems whatsoever.
Is there a conflict between the Fitbit app and iOS 11?

Hello @susi1662, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you have tried in order to try to resolve this issue. At this moment the Fitbit app is working fine with iOS 11. Nevertheless, I would like to suggest you the following:
- Restart your Flex, only this time leave it plugged in and charging.
- Restart your phone
- Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal when trying to sync
- Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the syncing process. (that included your Fitbit One)
In case your Flex is still not syncing correctly my best recommendation would be setting up your tracker as a new device. Don't worry, none of the information already stored in your account will be deleted.
To set up your tracker as a new device:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
