The following steps should help get you back on track:
1. Turn your iOS device's Bluetooth off for 10 seconds and then back on.
2. If that did not help, force quit and reopen the Fitbit App.
3. If your tracker still did not sync, reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit App again.
4. Restart your tracker.
