Hello,
Was wondering if the resident experts could enlightne me. My Flex was having sync issues with my iPhone and Mac. I performed a reset and now syncing fine with my iPhone but still cannot sync with Mac. When it tries to update through my Mac I usually first get an error telling me to turn on my bluetooth. Then after a few seconds it will try to update and the stautus bar does not advance and instead I get an "Unknown Error" pop-up with a button to "try again". I have to admit I have several wireless dongles on my desk as we have several devices and wondering if a specific dongle is assigned to each Fitbit device as I have lost track as to which one came with Flex but have not had issues in the past. I tried swapping out each dongle when trying to sync but get the same results - status bar attempting to update and then the "Unknown Error" page. As I said in the beginning, I am syncing through iPhone just fine so not that big of a deal but curious as to why having issues with Mac.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey there @epie93! If you receive call, text, or calendar notifications on your Fitbit tracker, your tracker has a Bluetooth "bond" with the iPhone that sends the notifications. This bond prevents the tracker from syncing with the Mac computer.
To quickly and temporarily disable the bond, turn off Bluetooth on your mobile device. You can turn it back on later to resume syncing.
