Flex2 not pairing

I managed to set up my flex2 with my iPhone 6 yesterday, however since then it will not pair with my phone. I have also tried it with my husbands iPhone 5 but it doesn't connect with either

Hi there, @Kerryholl237. Please try restarting your Flex 2. Instructions are here. Do it 2 or 3 times. This should help. If not, please let us know.
