Floor climbed is not getting populated

There is error in floor climbing counting..it is showing less and is at 5 for long time not moving forward ..steps, cal are changing ..how to fix this..is there reset button

Hi @SunsetRunner,

What's important to note is that floors are counted when the tracker detects an elevation increase of 10 feet, combined with continuous motion. Click here for more information.
