I have an iPhone X    Floors are not being counted   Plus I put in my calories and it will not count the calories. I have checked all other topics but don’t apply to my problem

Hi @Tnkrbll.  It sounds like you are using the "mobiletrack" feature to use your iPhone as a tracker, instead of a fitbit tracker.  If that is the case, you only get the following stats: steps, distance, and calories burned.

I'm am not sure what you mean by "putting in your calories" but currently there is a problem logging food in the iPhone app.  Fitbit is aware and is working on it.  Read more in this thread.

Hope that helps.

I too am having this issue with my iPhoneX. In the past, when I went on walks it would calc the elevation and add them as floors, it’s not now doing that.

Hello @Tnkrbll and @DDoll, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @Baltoscott, thanks for all your help. Smiley Happy

@DDoll and @Tnkrbll, as @Baltoscott mentioned, if you're using the MobileTrack feature in your iPhone, you will not be able to see Floors, only steps, distance, calories burned and active minutes. If you're using a tracker or watch, please let me know which one are you currently using so I can check this further. Additionally, a screenshot of your app Dashboard will be very helpful as well.

Now, @Tnkrbll, when you mentioned "it will not count the calories", are you having trouble logging food or are you referring to the BMR calories? Please reply to me so I can determine what should we do next.

Thanks for your patience an understanding, I'll be waiting to hear from you.

Thanks for your reply and questions.  I am using my Fitbit Charge 2 to track my walks.  On the Fitbit, I push the button to Weights, select Walk and hold the button to start.  It tracks my walk and steps and provides the map route, etc. when completed.  In the past, it also used to provide the # of floors or elevation during the walk, it does not now provide this information.  I hope that helps.

@DDoll  — maybe @MarcoGFitbit will know if a change has been made, but I honestly don’t remember Fitbit providing floor counts in individual activity records with any of the Fitbits I’ve had that count floors.  Your daily (and lifetime) floor count will go up if you are walking over a hilly area, but I don’t remember that stat being set out for a particular activity.

Hello @DDoll, thanks for taking the time to reply, I hope you're doing well. It's nice tos ee you too @Baltoscott, thanks for your insight about this situation. Smiley Happy

@DDoll, I appreciate you have clarified this to me. At this moment I would like to suggest you to restart your Charge 2, then start a new Walk activity and when you finish, tap on the screen of the Charge 2 a few times while checking the summary to make sure the activity is showing you elevation. After that, sync your tracker and if elevation was showing in the Charge 2, some floors should be added to your Dashboard. Please note that these "floors" won't show up when checking the activity in the app.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
