Thank you for the information provided.

 

Please try the following steps:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your phone

- Log back into the app

 

Whether this doesn't help, please provide me with more information about the issue:

 

- Do you see any error when trying to log your food/water?

- The food/water disappear after it has been logged?

- What happens when you try to log your food/water?
