So I usually have my message notifications set to don’t show the preview on my phone and never thought much of it until I read this thread after searching so many threads about this notification issue with iPhone and Fitbit!!

 

Do your usual steps that google and Fitbit tech support suggest to see if you can get it to work and if that doesn’t work try this... 

 

1. Go to setting on your iPhone go to NOTIFICATIONS 

2 then go to MESSAGES and where is says SHOW PREVIEW- have it on either WHEN UNLOCKED OR ALWAYS.. 

 

and that is it!! It work for me and I have read it working for a few others- I hope it helps 🙂 have a great day 🙂

Hello and welcome @Misty-moo 

Thank you for posting your tips on getting notifications to possibly work the iOS devices. As I’m sure you know that Fitbit is aware of this issue and hopefully they will come out with a fix soon. In the meantime it would be great if you posted your comment here on this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/m-p/38... I’m sure someone will appreciate your tip and who knows.... you might even help tons of people.
