Fitbit forced me to reset my password while I was on an unsecured WiFi network. I was on a cruise and wanted to check my stats. Fitbit required me to reset my password to do/see anything. The app offered no options other than reset. It was actually bigger security risk to change my password on the unsecured network. It also wasted a bunch of paid minutes while I tried to find an option to wait to change my password. I am a Premium member so if I don’t change the password, I don’t have access to the content I paid for during the week I’m on vacation. Does someone know what I could have done to stay secure and also access my content? Thanks!
