Friend messages not deleting after 30 days.

I have read that messages delete automatically after 30 days but I have messages in my app that have been there for longer than that? FitBit, can you make it so that messages can be deleted at the users discretion? Surely it would be a simple feature to add. I want to be able to delete friend messages. 
Also, is there a way you can integrate conversations? I can't see my replies, and all new replies from friends come in separate messages and sometimes I forget my original reply and there isn't a way to go back and check your sent messages?

This seems like a very odd situation but it's possible the app is not updating correctly with our servers, in which case I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  • Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If that doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

At this moment is not possible to delete individual messages and the replies you sent are not visible either. I understand your concerns about how the message system works in the app and I would like to suggest you to submit your insight as a suggested idea. This is the best way to get the attention of our development team.
