Friendlist not loading

I want to start a new challenge but my friendlist won't open.

This seems like a very odd situation, since when did you start experience it? In this particular case I would like to suggest the following:

 

  • Log out from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in.
  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app.
