Friends don't appear on leaderboard

when I tap on the leaderboard app on my Versa Fitbit, It day downloading in green letters and Tip: tap a friend to Send them a cheer or friendly taunt.  But not friends are showing.  They were showing before.  I rebooted my Fitbit but that did not solve the problem.  Please help.

Hi @PVBell  which phone and platform do you use when posting? It would help us know which forum area would give the best possible response. Android had an update to the app Saturday and iOS had an update a few days previously. You might want to check on that and see if it helps. Let us know.

My Fitbit app was updated on my phone on 9/17/2019

@PVBell  your post is now in the iOS area of the forum. The latest version for your app should be 3.6.1, so can you check to see if that is what you have? Make sure your phone is compatible click to see

Fitbit app is 3.6.1 and ios13.  Leaderboard app was working on Versa until I uninstalled it and installed it and now the app is on but, when I tap on it , it says downloading and tap on friend but no friends are showing.

@PVBell, thanks for bringing this to my attention and taking the time to troubleshoot the Fitbit app prior posting. Since this shouldn't happen and to work on this together please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Log back in to your account.
  4. Tap on Community > Friends and check your details one more time.

 

If the same keeps happening, please take a screenshot as this will help me to further investigate. For instructions to attach a screenshot in your reply, check this post.
