Friends list won't load. It's like it gets frozen trying to load,

I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for my issue to be resolved! I can't host challenges because my friends list won't load at all. I see it loading (circle is spinning but it stops and then nothing). I've done everything. Disappointed AND Frustrated at Fitbits inability to address this issue.

Hi there @Itsbetweenus. Welcome to the Fitbit Community and sorry to hear that you're having this problem.

Have you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Sometimes, apps might get stuck and reinstalling it should help refreshing it. Make sure that once you log back in to your account you do it with the same email address and password you used initially and see if you're now able to host a challenge and to select friends from your friends list.

Hello,
Unfortunately, that doesn't work. I've tried that and restoring my phone to factory settings, delete app, delete device, nothing works. Its frustrating and disappointing. It's going on 3 weeks with NO resolution.

@Itsbetweenus I'd recommend force quitting and reopening the App. You can force quit the App by: rapidly double tapping your iOS home button > swipe left until you see a preview of the Fitbit iOS App > and then swipe on the preview to force close.

If force quitting/reopening the app doesn't resolve the problem for some reason, restarting your iOS device could help too. Let me know if this helps you out!
