Friends not showing up to invite to challenges

Half of my friends list becomes unavailable when I try to start a challenge. Any friend with fewer steps doesn’t show up when I try to initiate any type of challenge. This has been happening for weeks. I have talked to support about it before. It is still not fixed. I talked to other users with the same issue. The new update did not help, it just created more problems.

This same problem is still going on.  Is there any effort being made to fix this, or are you just blowing people off in perpetuity?

I’ve had the same problem for over a year! Tech support fixed it once but it’s not working properly. Ugh!  friends w/ 20K daily steps or more show up on friends invite list.  My slower stepping friends w/ 15K or less daily steps “ Don’t “ show in any Challenge I start. It’s beyond frustrating! I have friends I’d  love to invite to a challenge for over a year & can’t...  What can we do to fix this? It’s fixable cause a tech fixed it! I’m not Stepping 20K or more daily’ it would be nice to step w/ my friends that are @ my level of Stepping.

Is there a fix for this yet?  I'm also having the same issue.  I can't invite any friends to challenges that have lower steps than me.

Hi, I have the same problem - in the invites I see only friends with more than 18-20k steps/day and probably not even all of them (no matter how many steps I have in average - 10k or 20k - still the same). Any solution?
