Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Lazzeri! Did you try to restart your phone as suggested by @SunsetRunner? Do you get any of the following error messages when conecting to your phone?
- Phone not found: This means your tracker isn't connected to your phone or your phone isn't connected to a GPS signal.
- Check Fitbit app: This means you may need to grant permissions on your phone or change a setting on your tracker.
Also make sure Bluetooth is turned on, your phone is within about 20 feet of your tracker, your phone can identify your location and can track your location when you are not on Wi-Fi. You can double-check this requirement under your phone’s location settings and The Fitbit app is open or running in the background; do not force quit the Fitbit app.
Also I would suggest to make sure GPS is turned on for the exercise. To confirm if GPS is enabled, swipe to the Exercise screen on your tracker > swipe to find the exercise > tap the gear icon > make sure Use Phone GPS is On.
If after this you are still experiencing issues with your connected GPS, don't hesitate to contact our support team for assitance.
Let me know how it goes! 🙂
