I have logged out completely and logged back in and still get the same message.  This is my second try at this.  Had to force it shut/out the last time and start over.

Hi there @Silversnake1326

Thanks for sharing the details and the screenshot about this issue, as well for the troubleshooting that you tried prior posting. I you haven't done so, let's try the following:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app. For instructions see the Apple help article.
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Tap the Get active tile

If the issue persists, please confirm your phone model and OS installed and let me know if you are getting this error message only when you try to open the Get active tile or if this is affecting any other tile.

Catch you later.

Hi,

I tried that before and it did not work but just to make sure I did it again (closing all apps including Fitbit completely) and powering the phone off. Still get same message

@Silversnake1326 Thank you for getting back.

Please let me know the phone model and OS installed. May I know if this is happening with any other tile or just the Get active tile?

See you around.

Hi

I have iPhone XR and I have updated to OS 15. It only happens with the Get Active premium feature.
