Getting different heart rate readings with Charge 2

Bpm showing one reading then on gps reading it is a lot higher, this is really worrying as I am using the Fitbit to monitor my bpm as have as 2 heart by passes in the last 16 months.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tell me, are you seeing a heart rate reading in the tracker but it's showing differently in your GPS exercise? Or the readings are different between the GPS exercise and the one showed in the Heart rate graph? Would it be possible for your to take some screenshots and reply to me with them, that will be very helpful for me to check this further.
