New Fitbit user here. First day with my versa and Inthought I wouldntest it out with a ten minute rebounding session. I hit exercise and chose workout and bounced for ten minutes. When I went to the app on my phone afterwards I categorized the workout as trampolining but it is all showing not enough data. I am wondering what I did wrong? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. sorry I was going to add screen shots but I can’t work out how to add photos

Hello @Riajt, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Please note that this message is shown when the app is unable to get enough internet data to perform the categorize exercise action. At this moment I would like to suggest you to turn off WiFi and use your cellular data or connect to a different WiFi before categorizing your activity again.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
