Hello again @Rodmayo

Gosh I’m so sorry that didn’t help. I saw your earlier post that you have already tried reinstalling the Fitbit App so that would have already been my second suggestion. On an odd note…is any of your goals there set to zero? Example you have your floors set to zero….if so change it to at least 1 and see if you can save daily activities now. I’m crossing my fingers for ya 😃 (my theory is that the app thinks your not done because one is set to zero)

Hi there, @Rodmayo.

I've moved your post to the iOS App as there are more chances to get related replies here. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the steps tried prior to posting. I'm sorry this is happening and may I know since when this started to happen? Also, what is the model and OS version of your phone?

Let me share that our team recently released a new iOS Fitbit app version, so please make sure to install it on your iPhone. Additionally, try rebooting your phone and let me know how the Fitbit app behaves afterward.

Not sure when it started I did just get an Apple SE3. Using the current IOS
version 15.4.1. It does seem all the goal numbers are lightly gray no
matter what app I am using. --

Hello @Rodmayo

Maybe I can help. My goals are listed in a lightly gray appearance as well but I am able to alter them. To change goals I open my Fitbit app, tap my profile picture then scroll down to and tap Activity & Wellness. Now tap Daily Activities. Pick which goal you wish to alter here. Once you’ve made the change you desire (since there is no confirmation button) you simply can tap the “ < “ button at the upper left of your screen and this will save your choice. If you want to make several changes it’s just a bit tricky. Example: I want to change my daily distance from 3.0 miles to 4.0 miles…I make the change but there’s no enter button so I just tap the steps selection right above it. If you do that you’ll notice that now the daily distance did indeed change to my new desired amount. So technically each time you’ve made a daily goal change just tap another goal activity in the list. Once you have made all the changes you want then tap the “ < “ to exit. Sorry about the long winded explanation but I couldn’t think of a different way to shorten it.
On another note, I’d remove your telephone number that’s showing on your above post. I’m sure you don’t want that publicize in an open forum. To remove it just go to the post showing your phone number and tap the three small dots to the upper right corner of the posting box. Then tap edit in the drop down menu, remove your phone number then tap reply again.
I hope I was able to answer your question and resolve your issue. Please let me know. 😃 Happy Stepping!

Sorry but that did not do it. I change them and hit the < key then go back to my daily screen for that goal and it goes back to wheat I saved previously.

Thanks for the phone # thing I couldn't find it but was too worried it was an old number.

Thanks

rod
