I disagree that 3h15m sleep can be classified as “good”. Goal is 7h15m.
i think it’s because I had a high % deep sleep- as you should in the first 3 hours.
For night waking insomniacs it really needs to treat the sleeps as part of a night and give one score for the whole night against what a nights sleep should look like.
I bought this thing to manage my sleep, it’s so clever knowing when I’m asleep/awake but absolutely fails to do anything useful with the data. I can’t even graph my awake time as it depends how long I was awake for and when whether it treats it as part of one sleep or in between two sleeps.
