Hello Fitbit Team,
My Versa 3 is paired to my original Fitbit accounts (Hotmail) which contains years of historical data that I do not want to lose.
During the Google migration my Gmail account became incorrectly flagged as already having a Fitbit accounts (previously linked to a Charge 2), and my Versa 3 data will not sync with Google.
I cannot access standard chat or support options , and I need a backend account repair to:
1. Release my Gmail so I can migrate my existing hotmail Fitbit account safely.
2. Ensure my Versa 3 continues syncing and all historical data is preserved.
Please escalate this to a Fitbit moderator /staff member for backend support.
