This seems to be a "known" bug based upon forum comments. But when will there be an update to the Fitbit App which will allow for set-up of AFib monitoring on Charge 6? Presently, once my birthdate is entered (yes, I'm definitely over 22) the "next" button in lower-right of screen is grey (vs. green) - and will not proceed with set-up.
It seems that the button is supposed to then turn green and proceed for you to answer question about whether you've ever been diagnosed with AFib; and then connect with functionality. I recently purchased the Charge 6 for this particular feature.
Issue seems to occur with both iOS and Android phones.

Welcome to the forums, @fhilltx.
Thanks for your detailed explanation, and your efforts while trying with different mobile devices. I understand your frustration and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Before we go any further, I wanted to let you know that we are aware of an issue with the irregular notifications history not showing up. This has been escalated and we are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Did yours get solved? I have the exact same issue and my app is the current version. This function was the main reason I bought my Fitbit
