Grey "Next" button when setting-up AFib notifications

This seems to be a "known" bug based upon forum comments.  But when will there be an update to the Fitbit App which will allow for set-up of AFib monitoring on Charge 6?  Presently, once my birthdate is entered (yes, I'm definitely over 22) the "next" button in lower-right of screen is grey (vs. green) - and will not proceed with set-up.

It seems that the button is supposed to then turn green and proceed for you to answer question about whether you've ever been diagnosed with AFib;  and then connect with functionality.  I recently purchased the Charge 6 for this particular feature.

Issue seems to occur with both iOS and Android phones.

Welcome to the forums, @fhilltx.

Thanks for your detailed explanation, and your efforts while trying with different mobile devices. I understand your frustration and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Before we go any further, I wanted to let you know that we are aware of an issue with the irregular notifications history not showing up. This has been escalated and we are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Because you're having an issue with on-boarding, may I know if you tried answering the question about being previously diagnosed with AFib? If so, did it help to get the Next button activated? If not and the issue persists, I'd recommend checking if your location is correct in your profile. Then force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app and try setting up the irregular notifications one more time.

Hi there.
That's what I was trying to convey -- the "next" button is greyed-out even
after entering my birth date, and I never get to answer the question about
whether I've ever been diagnosed with AFib (which I have not).
I've seen in the FitBit Forum that this is a known problem experienced by
many users and that a software fix is underway.
Thanks.

Did yours get solved? I have the exact same issue and my app is the current version. This function was the main reason I bought my Fitbit

Unfortunately, it has not yet been resolved. The "next" button remains
greyed out to proceed to "next" -- even though my birthdate is correctly
populated in the field above. I check every so often to see if there's
been an update/refresh on the app so that it will work; but thus far,
nothing. Sorry I don't have better news.
