Hello!
I am using iPhone. I have force quit Fitbit, rebooted my phone, and reinstalled Fitbit twice today trying to fix this.
all of my community groups show everybody’s posts except the Weight loss (15-50lb). I posted in it yesterday and my post was visible, until I reinstalled the app, but nobody else. I didn’t get any responses to it except by my added friends, which is pretty abnormal.
I want to participate in the group. Any ideas?

That’s interesting @JennyLynnet! I went to my own Fitbit App to see if I could see anything but mine reads the same way. Like you I tried several troubleshooting tips and all failed. I’m not sure if this is a “known” issue currently with Fitbit but I hope my message here lets you know that your not the only one experiencing the issue. I’m currently using an iPad as my mobile device (iOS) and have the latest Fitbit App update. Hopefully this will be addressed soon.

I tried logging out, reinstalling and phone restart but the weight loss (15-50 lbs) is still a issue as you explained. I went through and looked through all the other groups and they all look fine except I found another one doing the same as you described. The Weight Loss (50+plus) is messed up as well.

I am also having this problem in weight loss 50+. I am getting responses to my posts, so others can see mine, but I can’t see any other posts.

Same goes for me in the 50+ group. Feed has seemed a bit off on my end for at least a couple weeks. Sometimes I'll see posts from the group while under the Feeds tab but it hasn't been very current. The groups tab however is completely blank.

😉 I’ve discovered that as of today the two Community Groups that were not loading (50+ lbs and the 15-50 lbs) group is back up and running again!

Hi there! I just checked the 15-50lb loss group and I’m unfortunately still having the issue of no posts on the feed. Did you do anything in particular to fix the issue?

I do know yesterday morning it still wasn’t working. Later in the day I did log out of my Fitbit App and shut down my iPad completely while I ran some errands. When I returned I just turned my iPad back on and logged back into the App. Was that what did it? I’m unsure but it wouldn’t hurt to just turn everything off then on again. I’m an iOS user as yourself so I don’t think it’s an iOS versus Android issue.
