I’ve tried every piece of advice I have read online and in forums, including: reset, factory reset with erasing all data, signing off, unpairing and repairing on Bluetooth/forgetting device and reconfiguring, checking ALL notification setting and do not disturb settings... and more I can’t even remember. I get buzzed when I’m making a call (not useful) and sometimes when I’m receiving one but no longer receive notifications for texts. This is my favorite feature of the Fitbit watch and it’s very frustrating not having it work anymore. I don’t know what could have happened to change it. I’m on an iPhone XR on the latest update. Any help appreciated.

Hello @Elizabethbc
I understand your not getting notifications and you have tried multiple troubleshooting tips. I’m not completely sure what all the tips and troubleshooting you did completely but maybe I can help. I’ll at least give it a shot. Please look at and complete all these steps:
First open your Fitbit app
Tap your profile picture in upper left
scroll down to the name of your Fitbit and tap it (It’s located just under “My Family”
scroll down and tap notifications
enable the notifications you want in green
now simply tap “today” at the bottom of your screen to get back to the main page
Now lets make sure your iOS device is set up correctly:
go to:
device iOS settings>location services >Fitbit>Always on
also Go to:
iOS setting>Fitbit>Location>Always on
also go to:
iOS settings >notifications >messages>Select always under show previews
Now Go to your Bluetooth:
😃please get back to me to let me know if this solves your notifications issue.

Hello again @Elizabethbc
I would agree that there was a conflict with both apps.
